 As a dedicated nurse practitioner, my practice is deeply rooted on the principles of patient-centered care. In the dynamic field of healthcare, where each individual presents with unique experiences, challenges, and needs, I firmly believe that placing the patient at the forefront of their care journey is paramount. 

 It isn't always easy to commit to yourself; however, I honour the strength and resilience it may often take in order to seek change. I strive to offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which we can begin to explore the interpersonal and relational challenges life has to offer. 

 I provide counselling for Autistic and other Neurodivergent individuals.  Having been diagnosed Autistic and ADHD late in life, I understand first hand the struggles of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.  I will take a person centered approach to help you build coping strategies and embrace you as you are.

 We were created in God's perfect image; however, that image gets slowly distorted. Our cups are emptied. My aim in Graceful Insights Counselling is to help you refill your cup and recover the image you were created to be through CBT and Christian Counselling.

 As a Palliative Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience I have come to know Grief in its many forms. It is come with the inevitable life changes we all endure. Areas of expertise: grief, trauma,death, bereavement, divorce, depression, weight loss. I offer individual, nonjudgmental, holistic approaches.

I provide support for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and life transitions. I offer a holistic, collaborative and non-judgemental approach. This includes combining psychotherapy with mindfulness, meditation, breath and somatic work.
