tailored treatments to help you transition through times of anxiety, depression and gender dysphoria.

circumstances. My goal is to empower the disparaged to achieve success to function optimally. I provide a Christian perspective to counseling when requested and new strategies for coping with negative thoughts, stress and anxiety.

I'm a CNP and an RN specializing in mental health crisis support. I help individuals facing significant life stressors associated with anxiety and depression find strength and resilience within themselves, and support them in developing positive habits to maintain their mental and emotional health.

 Rachael’s passion is to bridge the gap between emotions, spirituality, physical and mental well-being, with evidence based approaches. Her specialties include working with those with anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal, loss, birth trauma, self esteem and more.

 My therapeutic style is compassionate, supportive, and empathetic. I have formal training in CBT and experience in DBT. I am an advocate for a harm reduction approach, and I practice through a trauma-informed lens. I am a member of the LGBTQ community, and can support clients with this as well.
