 I am a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with many years of clinical experience. I work with clients who may experience anxiety, depression and other life challenges. Being an NP, I can help diagnose many mental health conditions and help clients find appropriate treatment(s) including prescribing medications.  

  As an RN with over 15 years  experience, I have seen a lot. Mental health is a passion of mine and that comes through in my work. I provide a safe, trauma informed, compassionate space and use a holistic approach that is individually tailored. By empowering my clients, I support changes that feel right for them.   

I support adults through cognitive behavioral therapy and more. I will compassionately and actively listen to all individuals, helping them through their challenges, enabling them to function confidently, gain a new

perspective and experience hope!
